Usage data: Page visit logs, device and browser information, and app interaction analytics.

To deliver personalized workout and yoga plans, your fitness profile is sent to our AI integration, which generates customized training programs based on your goals and preferences.

Conversations with the in-app AI Trainer are processed to provide contextual, helpful responses during your session.

AI-generated content (plans, exercises, nutrition advice) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice.
